You do not have to be at home
Your engineer can see the unit's live data and operating state remotely. Many reports are settled without anyone having to drive out, and without you taking a day off.
Hungarian manufacturer · R290 monobloc heat pump
Heat pumps built in Hungary, with remote monitoring included. Your service company often knows about a fault before you do. Commissioning and three years of maintenance are paid by the manufacturer, and you buy the unit from your nearest partner.
The difference
Remote monitoring here is not an upsell and not a separate box: from the controller to the mobile app it is our own work, and it is in every unit we build. For you that means noticing the problem is not your job.
Your engineer can see the unit's live data and operating state remotely. Many reports are settled without anyone having to drive out, and without you taking a day off.
On a fault it freezes every reading at that exact moment and stores it. You do not have to recall what the display said at four in the morning.
The alert arrives when the fault occurs, not when the house goes cold. Your service company can call you before you call them.
Included in the price of the unit
Buying the unit is not enough. It has to be commissioned and maintained, or the warranty is lost. Here that is neither your job nor your cost: commissioning, and then two maintenance visits a year for three years, are ordered and paid for by the manufacturer, and the work is done by your nearest service partner.
Because maintenance is a condition of the warranty, it does not get skipped. You do not have to remember it.
Product family
Monobloc build, R290 refrigerant, DC inverter, and the same controller and telemetry platform in every unit. A 75 °C flow temperature means it can go onto an existing radiator system. Which size suits your house is something our partner surveys on site.

Capacity and COP figures are nominal. The energy class comes from the product fiche under EU 811/2013, for low (35 °C) and medium (55 °C) temperature application. The full fiche, the declaration of performance and the energy label come from our partner.
The refrigerant
R290 is pure propane: a natural refrigerant, not a fluorinated greenhouse gas, so the phase-down of F-gases does not affect it. That matters more than it sounds: for a unit that runs 15–20 years, what counts is that its refrigerant can still be bought and topped up a decade from now.
Propane is flammable, which is why the unit is an outdoor monobloc. The entire refrigerant circuit is outside, sealed and charged at the factory, and there is no refrigerant inside your home. A gas sensor is built into the machine, and if it triggers, the controller puts the unit into a state with no ignition source. Installation and service require qualified people, and our partners receive that training.
Common questions
You will not find a price on this site. The units are sold by our partners, and they set the price, as they do for installation, which differs from house to house. Find your nearest partner and ask them for a quote.
The partner covering your area. They sell it, they commission it, and they come out to maintain it. You do not have to find an installer separately.
The machine raises an alert and your engineer can see remotely what happened, often before you notice anything. The display shows a sentence rather than a code, so you can pass it on over the phone. There is a spare parts wholesaler behind it, and supplying refrigeration and heating parts has been the group's core business for decades.
The units reach a flow temperature of 75 °C, which is enough for most existing radiator systems. What is right for your house is something the partner surveys on site.
In Hungary, in Szatymaz near Szeged. The manufacturer is Vrec-Co Zrt., over 30 years in refrigeration and heating. The controller, the display and the remote monitoring software are all developed in-house.
The unit heats without one. Without a connection, though, your engineer cannot see the machine, so the very advantage you chose it for is the one you lose.
The quote, the installation and the service come from them. The manufacturer, the remote monitoring and the maintenance package stand behind it.
