For service partners and installers

Time is your only finite resource, and a journey made blind is your most expensive item. Those are the two things we answer.

Work the manufacturer orders and pays for

Not a reward after a sale, but an order. Commissioning for every unit, then two maintenance visits a year for three years, are paid by the manufacturer. You do the work and invoice us for it. Because maintenance is a condition of the warranty, it does not depend on the customer's mood, so it is predictable, recurring work from the very first unit. For the end customer it is free of charge, and for you a selling point.

Fewer journeys, more units fixed first time

  • You look before you leave

    Live sensor data and operating state, remotely. A large share of fault reports can be settled without anyone getting in a van.

  • The machine remembers what happened

    On a fault it freezes every reading at that exact moment and stores it. Nothing has to be reconstructed from the owner's memory.

  • You know before the customer calls

    The alert arrives when the fault occurs, not when the phone rings. Proactive service is something you can sell, new revenue rather than extra load.

Portal access to your units

You log in and see the state of the units assigned to you in a browser: live operating data, active alarms and the history of earlier faults. No need to ask the customer what the display said, and they can pass it on intelligibly themselves: the machine writes a sentence, not a fault code.

The system does not produce a diagnosis for you. You get the data and draw the conclusion, which with a propane circuit is the right way round.
